American College of Norway

The American College of Norway offers both American and European students the opportunity to earn college credit towards their US Bachelor’s Degree. With the credits earned at ACN, they are able to apply to any U.S. university to complete their undergraduate education.

Dr. Steiner Opstad founded the American College of Norway in 1990. In 1992, ACN began with 12 Norwegian and 12 American students pursuing further education in a farm mansion in Moss, Norway. The program has now greatly expanded to include students from all over the world.

As ACN continued to expand, they desperately needed a tool that would help them gather, analyze and store information about their students, potential students, alumni, faculty, as well as their other educational partners. Enter BusinessEssentials.

After using BusinessEssentials for only a couple of months, ACN realized how integrated the system was, and what an effective instrument it had become in compiling, tracking, and storing necessary information. With the help of support team, ACN had their account setup and all information uploaded within an hour.  Even though they are just getting their feet wet,BusinessEssentials platform continues to become a more assimilated part of their everyday operations.

ACN is constantly learning and developing new and efficient ways to use BusinessEssentials to manage their growing organization, and to maximize the conversion rate of potential students to current students.

Between the CRM, email, project management, and calendaring functions, ACN is able to effectively and efficiently organize and track daily marketing operations so they can continue to educate students around the world.
